We may work with third-party platforms such as WordPress, Google, Meta, hosting providers, payment gateways, and email marketing tools. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those third parties.
8. Website Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, trademarks, and materials they provide comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of others.
9. Limitation of Liability
Icon Digitek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
